Image2 provides AI-powered creation tools, including:
- AI Image and Video Generation: Create original visuals from text prompts, images, or both
- Image Editing and Enhancement: Restyle, clean up, extend, refine, or transform photos and generated images
- Image-to-Video and Video Workflows: Turn still images or prompts into short AI video clips
- Creative Templates and Workflows: Use ready-made presets for product visuals, ads, social content, storytelling, brand assets, and entertainment content
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- If acting on behalf of an organization, have authority to bind that organization to these Terms

- Use Image2 to generate content for lawful personal or internal business purposes
- Share your generated images and videos on social media or with others
- Export and display your AI-generated content for personal or permitted business use
- Upload photos of others without their consent
- Use the service to create inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI technology
- Use automated scripts or bots to access our service
- Resell or commercially redistribute generated content beyond the rights granted by your plan or separate written permission
- Use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any person or entity
- Upload malware, malicious code, or content intended to disrupt the Service
- You retain ownership of photos you upload
- You are solely responsible for the legality and rights clearance of your uploads and prompts
- You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit and use your content with the Service
By uploading or generating content through the Service, you grant Image2 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, process, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and provide the Service.
If you choose to make generated content public through any sharing or community feature, you grant Image2 and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the Service.
- Image2's technology, interface, and branding are our intellectual property
- Our AI models, algorithms, and style templates are proprietary
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without compensation to you.
- Image2 may offer credit-based usage and subscription-based plans
- Prices, usage rules, and included features are shown at checkout or in your billing settings
- By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge all applicable fees
- Payments may be processed by third parties such as Stripe, Creem, and PayPal
- Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date
- You may cancel from your account billing settings at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable
- We may provide refunds, full or partial, at our discretion in cases such as verified technical failure
- No prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

- We do not guarantee that results will meet your expectations
- Generated images and videos may vary in quality based on prompts, inputs, and model limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Image2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim
- We are not responsible for third-party services or content, including payment processor outages or failures
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Image2 and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of the service
- Content you upload or create
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- You may close your account at any time through account settings
- Unused credits may be forfeited upon account closure
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- We may terminate service with notice for any reason
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately
Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms end immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including provisions on fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Image2 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via:

- Prominent notice on our website
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Image2 regarding your use of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
