2. Information We Collect

When you access or use the Services, we may collect certain categories of personally identifiable information (collectively, "Information") from various sources.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

Some features of the Services require you to provide specific information directly. While you may choose not to provide certain details, doing so may limit your ability to access or use those features. The information you provide through our Services includes:

Contact Information

Basic details such as your name, address, phone number, and email. We use this information as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to provide the Services and to communicate with you, including, where required and with your consent, sending promotional materials or information about products and services that may interest you.

Account Information

Your name, username, email, and password. This information is necessary to create and maintain your account, secure access, and fulfill our contractual obligations to provide the Services. If you register an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and should not share them. If you sign up or log in through a third-party platform (for example, Apple, Google, or social media accounts), we may receive authentication details and certain profile information from that platform in accordance with their privacy policies. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.

Payment Information

Image2 never directly handles your payment card information. Payment processing is securely managed by PCI DSS certified third-party processors, including Stripe, Creem, and PayPal (depending on your region, currency, and selected payment method). When you make a purchase:

  • Your payment details go directly to the selected provider's secure servers.
  • We only receive limited payment metadata, such as order ID, amount, currency, payment status, payer email, and transaction/subscription IDs.
  • We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank account credentials.
  • For payment issues or refunds, please contact support@image2-ai.com, and we will coordinate with the relevant payment provider.

Learn more about Stripe at stripe.com, Creem at creem.io, and PayPal at paypal.com.

Services Interaction Information

Content you create, input, upload, or submit through the Services, including questions, prompts, generated output, and collections or pages you create. Depending on the nature of this content and its association with your account, it may contain personal data. We process this information as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to provide the Services.

Regarding Facial Data Processing

If you submit photos or videos of individuals, we temporarily process facial data contained within that content solely to provide image editing, image generation, image-to-video, and related AI creative features. We do not create facial recognition databases or biometric profiles. Original uploads are automatically deleted after processing is complete. Saved projects contain only the generated or edited results, not the source photos unless you choose to save or reuse them. Upon account deletion, all related facial data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This processing is done only where permitted by applicable law for the purpose of providing our Services.

If you choose to make content public or share it with third parties, it may be stored, displayed, reproduced, published, or otherwise used or disclosed without your consent and may or may not be attributed to you.
